Nose: refined and neat. Vanilla, herbaceous (cut hay), lemon grass, lemon cake and white flowers
Palate: delicate and creamy. The first minerality and freshness opens up turning and enriching itself into a harmonious aftertaste of custard, almond milk and shortbread.
Finish: long and delicious. Taking on the flavours already mentioned, it beautifully ends the tasting with herbaceous and white flowers character
